Electrum- Hazard Green

Is it just me? Or does this color almost look like an "oozie" like neon green? Like the neon green that glows inside of a science experiment tube? Which then, just happens to break and leak out on an innocent herd of adolescent teenage "aged" turtles. Which would then transform them into humanoid like turtle creatures. Not quite man, but not quite turtle anymore. And then, be found by a father figure like rat. Who also happened to be exposed to the same "glowy" neon green color. The same as what this pigment looks like? Then this rat, trains his turtle like humanoid child in the way of martial arts. Making them almost like ninjas? Or is that just me?
